The bed and breakfast in the heart of the city park boasts no fewer than 11 charming rooms. The beautiful murals, atmospheric fireplace and wooden beams give you a taste of the atmosphere of days gone by. The authentic character adds an extra touch of romance.

Authenticity preserved

The fully renovated main building — the Pastorij (the Vicarage) — dates from the seventeenth century. The second building — the Koetshuis (Coach House) — was rebuilt in the 1970s and has a thoroughly contemporary interior with an eye for natural materials.

Our unique location in the city park is just 200 metres from Geel's Market Square. There is certainly no need to take the car for fine dining or an evening out, as plenty of lovely places are within walking distance.

History

1645
During the ‘Golden Age’, a magnificent building was constructed in the heart of the Geel manor.
1973
The second building, the Koetshuis (Coach House), was rebuilt and given a completely contemporary interior.
2004
The magnificent seventeenth-century building was restored and converted into a charming hotel.
2018
Luxury B&B Belrose and the Aparthotel joined the Roosendaelhof family in Geel.
2023
Expansion of Hotel Roosendaelhof with Bistro Roosendaelhof.
