Pop-up restaurant Al Sabroso settles in B&B Roosendaelhof in Geel. The B&B's new and newly renovated bistro will be the setting for the pop-up restaurant for six weeks. Al Sabroso opens its doors on Thursday, November 10 and is then open every Thursday, Friday and Saturday evening until December 17.
During this edition, Al Sabroso provides two different four-course dinners, with game or vegetarian. The dinners are each served for three weeks.
In the spring, the pop-up restaurant was also already located in the former Hof Van Owijs in Westerlo. Now they run their restaurant from the new bistro at the Roosendaelhof in Geel for six weeks. This is also suddenly the ideal test for the B&B's kitchen and team, because from January, the Roosendaelhof will have its own bistro.
